Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
How to cancel
Email us your full name and order number at info@mozesgallery.com or use our contact form.
Return conditions
- Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or different from what was ordered.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, to the original payment method.
- For cancellations not due to a defect, a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ₪100 (whichever is lower) applies.
- Damaged or incorrect items are refunded in full, including shipping.
Non-returnable items
Personalized items (for example, name or engraved jewelry) and redeemed gift cards cannot be returned.
Warranty
- 925 silver and moissanite jewelry – 1-year warranty against unusual tarnishing, fading and loose stones.
- Gold plating – 6-month warranty on the plating.
- Stainless steel – naturally durable; not covered for normal wear.
The warranty does not cover breakage, misuse or contact with sea water, chlorine, cleaning products, perfume or cosmetics.
